PRESS & MEDIA
Where fashion meets paradise! Welcome to the 2025 edition of Aruba Fashion Week, a celebration of style and luxury that we are delighted to share with you. We aim to support and facilitate the work of our media partners, collaborators, and influencers before, during, and after the event, which will take place from December 11 to 14, 2025, at Joia by Iberostar, in front of Eagle Beach.
Below you will find the link to download the AFW 2025 press materials as well as information about the accreditation process.
Early Accreditation: Until November 5, 2025
Final Accreditation Deadline: Until December 5, 2025
Accreditation Delivery: Between December 8 and 11, 2025
Accreditations
All applications will be thoroughly reviewed by the AFW 2025 organization and will only be valid if received within the stated deadlines and meet all the requirements described here.
To apply, your proposal must comply with the following conditions:
Media applications must be submitted before Friday, December 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
There will be a LIMITED number of accreditations, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
If print, radio, or television outlets also have web portals, they will not receive separate accreditations. The number of people per media outlet will be evaluated.
Photographers and Videographers
Only photographers or videographers with professional cameras and official accreditation will be allowed into the photo pit. Photos taken with cell phones, tablets, etc. are not permitted.
Photo pit spaces are limited. Applications from individuals (not representing a media outlet) will not be considered.
Accreditations for fan pages, blogs, online radio stations, or independent social media accounts will be limited, and validation will depend on the quality and quantity of content as well as the quantifiable impact they achieve within their segment.
Early Accreditations
For the first time, Aruba Fashion Week introduces this new Early Press Accreditation format:
Media outlets that submit their proposals and begin publishing content between November 5 and December 5, 2025, will gain access to a greater number of events than normally allowed.
During this period, the media must publish a minimum of four pieces of content, either in traditional formats or as fixed social media posts.
The number of accreditations granted will be higher than average, depending on the type of media, the reach of the proposal, and the guidelines approved for each specific case.
Important
Any proposal sent after Friday, December 5 at 6:00 p.m. risks not being accepted. It is important to respect deadlines to avoid complications.
Press accreditations have no commercial value and cannot be exchanged or transferred under any circumstances. Any exchange of accreditation is prohibited and may result in consequences for the journalists or staff involved.
All interview requests with designers, models, sponsors, special guests, or members of the Aruba Fashion Week 2025 organizing team must be coordinated in advance through the Head of Communications of the event. Requests must be submitted with sufficient notice to ensure proper coordination and alignment with the official schedule.
All content published in relation to Aruba Fashion Week 2025 must be shared with the organization, either by tagging on social media, sending the corresponding link, or, alternatively, submitting a PDF image of the publication.
